Dimuken Hot Spot Carbonizer DC-9025
The Dimuken Hot Spot Carbonizer DC-9025 model is designed to operate in a pack to pack or a reel to reel continuous off-line finishing process. Can be used in conjunction with other free standing finishing module. The modular design of the system allows the unit to be easily moved to suit the requirements of the job and production location.
Usage
The Hot Spot Carbonizer DC-9025 is primarily used to apply a patch area of hot carbon ink to the web for use in multi-part documents where a carbon copy is required. The heated ink tank is designed as a cassette system so that separate tanks can be used for different colour carbon inks which saves having to clean the tanks when changing colours. The Hot Spot Carbonizer DC-9025 can be used to apply a desensitising or coating solution to the web by simply replacing the ink tank cassette with one for the required substance.
Configuration
