Dimuken DC-9332 Rotary Die Cutter
The Dimuken DC-9332 Rotary Die Cutter model will produce computer label or non standard labels from a sprocket fed web and can be run pack to sheet, or with an additional unwind / rewind units, roll to roll.
This compact free standing unit is suitable for short to medium length runs and is quick to set up and operate. Production change sizes can be completed in a matter of minutes with negligible wastage.
Web Feed is driven by multiple sets of tractor pin feeds to ensure that the web is positively fed through the machine under the correct tension. The Dimuken DC-9332 Rotary Die Cutter model uses a fixed sized magnetic cylinder which can be programmed to cut a variety of feed depths in increments of 1/72".

The computer controlled register allows accurate kiss cutting of plain or pre-printed label stock. Flexible anvil cutting dies can be produced to suit virtually any design of label offering a fast, accurate and precise cutting system. - Remove The Waste Matrix From The Web Immediately After Cutting
Can be run in conjunction with a Waste Winding unit to remove the waste matrix from the web after die cutting in one operation. - Can Be Used For Custom Perforating And Slitting
By fitting a suitable anvil cutting die the DC-9332 Rotary Die Cutter model can be used for custom perforating and/or slitting of the web. - Versatillity To Suit Your Needs
Like all other modules in the Dimuken range the DC-9332 Rotary Die Cutter is designed to be used as a "stand alone" unit or in conjunction with other machines. The heavy duty caster wheels allow it to be re-sited to suit production requirements with the minimum of effort.
