These enhancements provide greater control over the application process, allowing operators to fine-tune timing at critical stages.

Applying DOVIDs (Diffractive Optically Variable Image Devices) to polycarbonate ID cards and passports requires absolute precision. Even minor inconsistencies in timing can affect foil adhesion and overall visual quality.

Our Dimuken Hologram Applicator is now operational, applying high-security DOVID holograms to polycarbonate ID card overlays. This advanced technology adds a critical layer of visual authentication, helping to protect secure identification documents against counterfeiting and tampering.

Engineered for precision, reliability, and high-volume production, the system is shown running at 900 sheets per hour, delivering consistent and efficient hologram application for demanding ID card programs.

The new line enables the production of documents printed 2-wide, combining DOVID application with high-precision inkjet numbering for secure, high-quality output.
